ABCINTEL was founded in 2011 by Mr Larbi SAFI, a retired senior executive of the ONCF. It has succeeded AFRIC MONTEL, which has a 30 years track record in the following fields :

Overheard wire – substations, signaling, telecoms and energy.
2 – General electricity LV/MV/HV :
Rural electrification, LV and MV connections and various installations in all regions of the country.
3 – Telecom :
Active participation in the development of fixed and GSM networks for the 3 operators IAM, ORANGE and INWI.
